Who We Are

What began as a passion for creating custom corporate gifts has grown into something even greater at Hey. Hi. Hello! We've distilled our mission to the core belief that it's better to give than to receive. While our love for crafting unique and personalized gifts remains strong, we've expanded our offerings to include corporate retreats and elegant custom merch.

Whether you're aiming to foster connections within a hybrid team or help your employees understand and embrace your company's values, we're here for you. Working with us still promises those delightful lunches and productive brainstorming sessions, but now with the added pride of knowing you're giving more than you get.

Our journey started with the idea that gifts, much like life, should be colorful, fun, and personal. Giving, to us, means celebrating the human instinct to come together and commemorate both big and small moments that stand out. Just as a dinner table filled with your favorite people brings warmth, a thoughtfully chosen gift can forge lasting bonds.

At Hey. Hi. Hello!, we might be a bit cheeky, but we take our work seriously. We feel honored to be part of special moments of connection, and we strive to make them extraordinary. From sourcing the finest small makers and creating fun themes to crafting fully custom experiences from start to finish, we handle the details so you can focus on your team.

Our Founders

Hey. Hi. Hello! was founded by Lauren and O’Ryan, two LA natives who sought to build a gifting service that brought life back to corporate and client gifting, after receiving a few too many cookie baskets and candles. Their past volunteer works inspired them to want help others find ways to get involved.

o’Ryan, CEO

With a background in the arts, events, and food O’Ryan brings her talents together as a co-founder of Hey. Hi. Hello! After spending the last 7 years working with the top chefs of Los Angeles in the fine foods world she now brings those same high standards and passion to this project. In her spare time she loves to travel and look for the best donut in every town. She also likes to take photos of her dog Rigby and brag about how he is the best boy in the universe.

Lauren, co-founder

After opening a museum in Los Angeles and getting a Master’s in Environmental Science, Lauren decided to try her hand at entrepreneurship. She started with Pantry Party; a subscription service and marketplace for unique, sustainable, and delicious pantry goods to elevate meals at home. After a year spent sourcing and delivering some of the best flavors around, Lauren realized the potential of Pantry Party as a great gift, and partnered with Ryan to bring it to the next level with Hey. Hi. Hello! Lauren is a lover of all things, but mostly her dog Monty.
