Hey. Hi. Hello! is a corporate, personal, and event concierge gifting site. That’s a fancy way of say we are experts on all things gifting. Our goal is to bridge the space between giving that is easy and gifting that feels personal. We have a selection of curated suites, but the majority of what we create is 100% customized to fit our customer’s needs. What’s my turnaround time?
All of the Hey. Hi. Hello! suites are created by us. This means it takes time. We are not a Starbucks gift card and we like it that way. We ask for a 2-3 week turnaround, from confirmation of order, on all suites. For items that are made to order such as ceramics or artwork, we ask for 4-6 weeks. Once your order has been purchased and confirmed, we will reach out with a ‘no later than’ shipping date. On shipment, you will receive tracking info so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
Can my order be rushed?
Sure, but remember we like to work with small makers who handcraft their products. This means we can offer rush service on a case-by-case basis.
How do I provide you addresses for my recipients?
A simple spreadsheet is the simplest way to do it. Upload your contact list into our address template and we will take care of the rest. You can download the template below.
How are gifts delivered?
We can drop your gifts at one central location for a flat fee or, our team can also ship to separate locations via a carrier. All shipping charges will be billed directly. In the LA area? Elevate your gift with our white glove delivery service, for a small fee per delivery. If a hybrid of shipping methods is requested, we can accommodate it.
Do my gifts come with a card?
Absolutely! Cards are a cost-effective way to add a personal touch. We are happy to include a handwritten note on our Hey. Hi. Hello! stationary. Want something personalized? We can make that happen as well. Just ask our team. We can also include personalized mailers or business cards.
Tell us about your packaging, is it recyclable? Compostable? Edible?
Hey. Hi. Hello! packaging is recyclable, and in some cases home compostable (we’re working on edible!)

What about your vendor packaging?
We strive to work with vendors that take the same care with their packaging as we do, but can’t vouch that all vendor packaging is 100% recyclable.
Do you ever substitute products?
From time to time we will find out, with very little to no notice, an item is not available to us. Hey. Hi. Hello! is proud to support small makers who handcraft the items we feature in our gift suites and will continue to even during Covid times. In the event of this happening, we will substitute the item with something that meets the highest standards we bring to all of our gift suites. This item will also always be of equal or higher value. If items come in a specific color, we can not guarantee that the color shown will be available. We will do our best to keep you informed on which colorways are available.
Can I approve a proof of custom designs?
Yes, in fact, we insist. All custom jobs must be signed-off on before we send them to production.
Can I get product samples?
Product samples are not something we can offer. Happy to email you stats, and photos, or Ryan will even Zoom with you if it is what you need to feel secure in placing your order.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the nature of what we do, Hey. Hi. Hello! does not take returns. We do however always want our clients to be happy. If there is an issue with your gift, please reach out to us so we can make it right.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are possible within 72 hours of placing the order. Reach out to our team at orders@sayheyhihello.co
Can I add my logo/brand to your suites?
Absolutely! Custom gifts are why we got into this business in the first place. From custom branding to a fully custom suite, we do it all. Let’s work together!
